A leak rarely comes in where you see it inside. Water can travel a long way along battens and rafters before it shows on a ceiling, so guessing is an expensive way to fix a roof.
We get up and look properly — slates, ridge, valleys, flashing, chimney and gutters — then show you photos of what we found before any work starts. If it's a small repair, we'll tell you it's a small repair.
